We are a community for technical women+ and allies [engineering, PXM, design] offering a non-profit platform for retention and career growth.

Through the innovative Safe-Space Program, Ally Training Program, and DevPulseCon conference, Thrive-WiSE works to combat and challenge systemic and cultural barriers to women+ in their careers and helps companies improve retention of technical women+ and underrepresented minorities.

Women+ includes all woman-identified people, whatever their journey.

Thrive-WiSE pioneered the “hyper-technical” conference where technical women would find high-quality content taught by developers (men and women) with a focus on technical, PM and career growth. In its 7th consecutive year with 1000+ attendees from 16 countries,  Micro Conference is an energizing, inspiring and educational conference of keynotes, hands-on workshops, seminars, revolutionary Thrive-WiSE Safe SpaceTM panels, Anti-Racism training, networking and fun!  We welcome corporate sponsorships for upcoming Micro Conference!

Psychological safety, dignity of choice in life-paths, inclusivity and, most importantly, trust, are the basis for the unique Thrive-WiSE Safe-SpaceTM Program based on the Thrive-WiSE Safe-SpaceTM Panels from Micro Conference. Based on our learnings from 5 years of Safe-Space Panels, we offer this program to select industry partners who are interested in truly moving the needle for retention of women (and men) technologists in their R&D departments & technical and PM ladders.

THRIVE-WiSE SAFE SPACETM

A custom, innovative program that teaches engineers and PM’s the basic, intermediate, and advanced topics in Allyship they need for success. Ally Training program targeted towards employees on the technical and PM ladders is an additional offering providing unique insights and education for employees and leadership in R&D.  We, at Thrive-WiSE, value the difference in mindset and culture that technical employees possess and seek to educate and guide to foster an environment beneficial for all.

Keeping women in tech through career and leadership development, encouraging and amplifying technical women, and showcasing your company as an excellent place to work for women engineers are what Thrive-WiSE supports through our Spotlight Program. We offer this program to industry partners who believe in showcasing themselves as a strong DEI supporter and how their employees are empowered to make an impact.
